But when a rare and important prop from the set goes missing, putting the movie on hold, Rainbow Dash's dream becomes a nightmare.
MIRROR MAGIC
As the pages in her journal run out, there's only one thing for Sunset Shimmer to do: return to Equestria to get a new journal! There, she meets Starlight Glimmer and agrees to bring her back to experience life at Canterlot High. But while Sunset Shimmer was away, a revenge‐seeking Juniper Montage finds a beautiful hand mirror enchanted with Equestrian magic. Not only can it provide a window into another land, but if you push the right button, it can also make things disappear into limbo, trapped between the two realms!

My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Rollercoaster of Friendship is an animated fantasy television special directed by Ishi Rudell and written by Nick Confalone. It is the second of two one-hour specials. Originally aired on July 6, 2018 on Discovery Family as part of its "Summer Surprises" programming block. It features the core voice cast from the previous films/shorts/specials – Tara Strong, Rebecca Shoichet, Ashleigh Ball, Andrea Libman, Tabitha St. Germain, and Cathy Weseluck. The story follows Rarity's acceptance of a summer job as a costume designer for a new amusement park and the strain that it puts on her friendship with the other girls, particularly Applejack. Its first episode was published on August 31, 2018 and its last episode on September 28.

It is currently set for release in September 26, 2015. The plot centers around the Canterlot High Wondercolts facing off against the Crystal Prep Shadowbolts in the eponymous Friendship Games, which include archery, motocross, and roller derby. Among the ranks of the Shadowbolts is the human incarnation of Twilight Sparkle, who was previously seen in The Stinger of Rainbow Rocks studying the magical goingson at Canterlot High. It's unknown whether Princess Twilight will appear and meet her human counterpart.
